Whether in the Project Zone, STEM Expo, or at one of the special events, the greeters are an important part of making everyone feel welcome. Volunteer activities include: Greeting and welcoming finalists, delegates and visitors as they enter the space; monitoring the overall capacity of the space and alerting a Team UV member if you are concerned about exceeding the safe capacity of the space; and being available to answer questions or give directions to other spaces.

Volunteer activities include: Roaming the Project Zone and assisting participants with hanging posters and other relevant set-up as needed; and once they are set up, asking participants about their projects and actively listening to their presentations.
